When I tell this story to my friends, they laugh I had the care and braveness to call, and suggest I should have got the citizenship right away. This fact seems actually to be of common knowledge today and just a slugging old statement that didn't get corrected yet in many books (it was recognized publicly only in 2002). Anyhow this episode caused me to panic in the moment I finish my conversation with the agent, as I though I did something terrible and I would be persecuted for it. Then I contacted them again and the second agent actually complimented with me as well.
Anyways, in general life I'm the odd one, because when there is something wrong I go to the people that can fix it and tell them about it, while everybody else just stare at the problem and bitch about it without taking any action to solve it. This time was made in big style anyway!
